Overview

Guangzhou Tianhe's Link Plaza (formally known as Happy Valley Shopping Mall) is now undergoing a major upgrade. It will soon provide Guangzhou citizens with a high-quality social hive where families, couples, coworkers, friends and classmates can meet, relax and enjoy life.

Its internal and external spaces are being redesigned with green-inspired features and expanded communal areas to provide a holistic shopping and entertainment experience. New highlights will include a 24/7 urban life zone, a full-service children's playground, a Gen-Z gathering hub, as well as a food street that features Guangdong dishes, making the plaza a go-to lifestyle destination in the neighborhood.

With commitment to sustainability and green living, Link Plaza Tianhe has obtained two leading green certifications in 2022 including "LEED V4 BD+C Platinum Pre-Certification" and "Parksmart Pioneer Pre-Certification". It is now applying for WELL HSR (Health-Safety Rating Criteria) certification and aims to become the world's first commercial project with three major certifications of LEED, WELL and Parksmart.
